How to build one, in four steps
- Open Claude or ChatGPT and start a new Project (Claude) or a new custom GPT (ChatGPT). A plain chat works, but you lose the advisor between conversations.
- Press Copy this advisor below, or take the .txt if you would rather keep the file. Either one gives you your context, the operating standard and the role module, already in the right order.
- Paste it into the project's instructions or custom instructions field. Not into the chat.
- Start with “Walk me through what you understand about my business.” If it plays that back accurately, it is set up correctly.
The whole toolkit as one document
All twelve advisors, your context block and the build order, in a PDF worth keeping. For reading and forwarding — copying prompt text out of a PDF breaks it, so use the .txt files to actually build one.
Build them in this order
Nine phases, and the order carries real information: each one assumes the phase before it is in place. Build the Operations Advisor first regardless. It will tell you which of the others you actually need, and most businesses need four or five rather than twelve.
