Terms of use

Last updated 20 August 2026

A note on this document. This is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the limitation of liability and refund clauses in particular are the ones a solicitor should look at before you take real money. Consumer law in your jurisdiction may override parts of what follows.

By using this site, taking the assessment, or buying anything here, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What we provide

An operations diagnostic. You answer questions about how your business runs, the system scores it, generates a report, and offers four ways to act on it:

The first three are directly purchasable at a published price, with no qualification call before payment. Done-for-You is not: it is scoped in a conversation first, because its price depends on what the work turns out to be.

The report is an opinion, not a finding

Please read this part properly

The written analysis is generated by an AI model from what you typed in one sitting. Nobody has visited your business, examined your systems, or verified anything you said. The report is a strong hypothesis to pressure-test, not an audit and not a professional opinion.

AI can be wrong, including confidently and in detail. Use your own judgement, and get a qualified professional where the stakes warrant one. You are responsible for decisions you take on the basis of the report.

Your score and figures are arithmetic on your own answers, not AI output. They are only as accurate as the answers behind them.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, HR compliance, employment law, medical or cybersecurity advice. The advisors in the toolkit are instructed to decline these and to tell you to get a qualified professional. Do not use them as a substitute for one.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any outcome, saving, revenue figure or timeline. Estimates in the report are estimates, deliberately conservative, and depend entirely on what you implement and how.

Your responsibilities

Payment, access and refunds

DIY Operations Toolkit

A one-time payment. Access does not expire and includes updates. Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins as soon as you pay and that any statutory cancellation right you would otherwise have ends at that point.

That said: if the toolkit is not what you expected, email within 14 days and we will refund it. Access ends when a refund is issued.

Operations Implementation Session

Payment secures a session, which you book yourself after paying. There is no qualification call beforehand. Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before with no charge. Cancel more than 48 hours before for a full refund; inside 48 hours, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refundable, because the preparation has already been done.

Guided Implementation

Payment confirms a build, and a kickoff call follows it. Cancel before the kickoff has taken place for a full refund. After the kickoff, the fee covers work already done and is refundable only to the extent of what has not been started.

Guided delivers designed operational assets. Rolling them out inside your business remains yours unless implementation is separately scoped and agreed in writing. Technical automation, integrations and API work are not included.

Done-for-You Operations Transformation

Priced on scope after a conversation, and governed by a separate written agreement, which sets its own payment and cancellation terms. It is the only service here that is not purchasable directly. The figure shown on this site is a starting point rather than a quote: the final price depends on scope, and nothing is owed until the written agreement is signed.

What you own, and what we own

Yours: your answers, your process maps, your report, and your context block. Use them however you like, including with any AI tool.

Ours: the diagnostic methodology, the scoring model, the prompts, the advisor modules, the Advisor Operating Standard, and the site itself. Buying the toolkit gives you a licence to use it inside your own business. It does not let you resell it, publish it, share it outside your organisation, or build a competing product from it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and do not promise it will be uninterrupted. It depends on third parties including our hosting, AI, email and payment providers, and any of them can have an outage. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service or from decisions taken on the basis of a report.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, in particular for attempts to extract the methodology or resell the toolkit. Where we end access without cause, we refund the unused portion of anything you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mayim Ops is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Fill this in properly with your solicitor before launch — a governing law clause that names no country is not much of a clause.
